Country Sugar — known as Naatu Sakkarai in Tamil, Naatu Chakkara in Malayalam, Nati Bella Pudi in Kannada, and Nattu Sarkara in Telugu — is traditional cane jaggery in easy-to-use granule form. Unlike refined white sugar, it retains the natural molasses and trace minerals found in sugarcane juice.
